Victoria Levinson
Executive Vice President, Operations
Having been with Global Advertising Strategies since its inception in 1999, Victoria has held numerous managerial positions. Working closely with the CEO she plays a key role in all aspects of operations and strategic business development, ensuring the company's steady growth and success. In her current role of EVP of Operations, Victoria develops and administers internal policies and procedures, directs Global's business relationships, and oversees all of the firm's financial and legal obligations. Prior to joining Global, Victoria worked as a consultant for international market-entry projects, employing her expertise across specific markets on both sides of the Atlantic. Her knowledge of five languages and her broad international experience have given Victoria in-depth understanding of worldwide markets and their demands.
Ms. Levinson graduated summa cum laude from the Thomas Hunter Honors Program at Hunter College in New York City, majoring in Neuroscience and Psychology. Her post-graduate studies included coursework in marketing and business management at NYU's Stern School of Business.

Jesse Williamson
Director, Business Development
With Global Advertising Strategies since 2009, Jesse oversees corporate and business development for the agency. He is also responsible for identifying strategic cross-agency partnerships for Global to boost its product offerings and capabilities.
Prior to joining Global, Mr. Williamson was affiliated with Seidman & Co., Inc., a boutique investment bank specializing in small- and mid-cap companies as well as international and cross-border transactions. In his role as Vice President, Jesse was responsible for M&A and capital raise activities, with a focus on international projects. Jesse's earlier experience includes strategic, operational, and financial consulting engagements with organizations including the United Nations, Major League Baseball, Met Life and Scripps Networks.
A Deming Scholar, Jesse holds an MBA in Finance and Management Systems from Fordham University, and a BA in English from Rutgers University.

Laura Deitch
Director, Media Services and Market Analytics
Laura brings her creative spirit and high energy to agency clients with over 15 years of advertising experience. Her professional credentials include positions at top media agencies as Group M (Media Edge/Maxus), Universal McCann/J3, MediaVest/SMG United, Hill Holiday and Optimedia. She led planning and buying teams in traditional and interactive media on high profile accounts such as Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal, and Procter & Gamble. Most recently Laura joins us from Converge Direct where she spent 3. 5 years as Media/Digital Director. She led a team on Merck, The Hartford, Rioja Wine, Health Republic, Life Line Screening, and FreshDirect accounts.
She began her career in advertising working with Gotham Inc. as a Media Planner assigned to TeleCorp (Parent company AT&T), Del Pharmaceuticals, New York Mercantile Exchange, Ensure, Mentadent and Buccellati.
Laura graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Music. In her free time she enjoys composing and performing music, travel, tennis, zumba and cooking.

Anna Abelson
Managing Director, Travel & Tourism Practice
As Managing Director of the Travel & Tourism Practice, Anna is responsible for designing and implementing marketing and business development strategy within the travel vertical for 9.8 Group worldwide, crafting strategic alliances and managing market positioning and client acquisition initiatives. With over 10 years’ experience, Anna has worked with a variety of travel businesses and brands, ranging from airlines to Destination Marketing Organizations. Major accounts include Lufthansa German Airlines, Tourist Office of Spain, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Thai Airways, EgyptAir, TRANSAERO Airlines, Czech Airlines, Aeroflot Airlines, and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey. Previously, Anna worked for PepsiCo International in Europe, and was engaged in a cross-cultural acculturation of the $50-million market entry venture where she managed relationships with high-profile government officials and assisted in obtaining required regulatory approvals. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management, Travel Marketing & Hospitality Industry Studies from New York University and serves as a board member of the Association of Travel Marketing Executives, as well as a member of HSMAI, GBTA, DMAI and other key industry organizations.

Leiann S. Kaytmaz
Human Resources Director
Leiann joined Global Advertising Strategies in 2007 as the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for the management of the department, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
Prior to joining Global, Leiann worked for several years in executive search, placing sales and marketing professionals within the media industry. She spent four years as Director of Recruiting for a national media graphics company and then served as Director of Recruiting for Edison Schools Inc. Most recently, she worked with such notable companies as Zagat Survey, Corcoran Group Real Estate and Barnes and Noble Inc.

Olena Kushch
Account Director
As the Director of Client Services for Global's Healthcare Marketing Practice Group, Olena oversees the agency's key pharmaceutical accounts. She is responsible for strategic development and tactical implementation across several brands and cross-cultural markets in the U.S. A law school graduate, Olena's background has proven beneficial in her work with the heavily regulated pharmaceutical industry.
With Global for over 5 years, Olena has contributed her marketing expertise to campaigns for CMS Forex and Aerosvit Ukrainian Airlines. Prior to Global, she worked with such noted brands as Wyeth, Sega and Nintendo.
Olena holds a Bachelor degree in Social Science from Michigan State University, a Master of Intellectual Property Law degree from George Washington University, and a Law degree from Kiev National University. A globetrotter and an avid tango dancer, Olena finds time to study theater as well as master Spanish and Italian languages, to add on to her native Russian and Ukrainian.

Lena Feygin

Lena leads all Special Projects as well as Learning Management &Training Development efforts for Global. With over a decade of experience in training, e-learning, blended learning, and performance support solutions, Lena adds her deep expertise in healthcare IT and workflow improvement to the agency’s healthcare marketing practice and beyond.
Prior to joining Global, Lena’s primary focus was on ideation, planning, and execution of blended learning training programs and curricula development in the field of healthcare IT. Her experience includes vocational education and corporate training specific to healthcare industry regulations.
Lena holds an Executive MBA from Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business and a B.A. in Psychology from Fordham University. When she’s not working or learning, Lena serves as a Board Member and a Chair of the Technology Committee for NYWA (New York Women’s Agenda) empowering women of New York.
